Shipping:

Please see the heading above; 'What's my first box?' for exact details on shipping dates. Our cut off is the 28th of the month, so if you place and order between 29th -7th of the month, your order will be considered a 'pre-order' and you'll need to wait a few days until we ship your first box. When we ship your box we will use Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically taking 2-3 days to arrive. 

Where do we ship? 

We are UK based and *Free shipping* applies to the UK only. 

🌎 Due to recent policy changes in export custom duty charges we currently do not ship to Europe, USA or Ireland. We only ship to a select number of countries, whereby an adjusted shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Please be aware of possible custom duty tax + VAT for international orders outside of the UK. Check our FAQ's for more info.

Subscription terms:

Recurs monthly, with your charge date on the 4th of each month. Boxes shipped to arrive between 8th - 12th each month. You can modify your subscription or cancel at any time in your customer account.
