As standard, we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed as orders have already been sent to an external fulfilment team and cannot be retrieved.
However, if you receive the box and are unsatisfied, you can return the box to us for a refund. Products must be returned unopened, unused and intact. If the products have been opened/used we will not accept a return or offer any refund, by subscribing or ordering you agree to these terms.
The full cost of the box will be refunded, but shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any international orders.
We will accept returns if the item is damaged, faulty or you are not satisfied with the overall quality of the item. Please post back to us or in some cases you can send an evidence photo, and we'd be happy to replace the item free of charge. If you and your cat are not satisfied with your Gus & Bella Box please contact us directly as we will endeavour to put things right.
