Shipping:

We are UK based. Unless you've pre-ordered a cat gift box, your box will be shipped in 1-2 working days via Royal Mail 48 Fully Tracked service, typically taking 2-3 days to arrive.  

*Free shipping applies to the UK only. 🌎 We do ship worldwide and an adjusted shipping fee will be applied to international orders at checkout. Please be aware of possible custom duty tax + VAT for international orders outside of the UK. Check our FAQ's for more info.

Gift messages:

If your cat gift box is for a special friend and their cat, then you can add a gift note. Please just write your message in the notes section that appears on the next page and we will add it to your box. We will never reveal any pricing information. 

Cat birthdays: 

Our one-off boxes make the perfect cat birthday presents! Please tell us if it's your cat's birthday in the notes section that appears on the next page. You can also write a gift note - and we will place it in a special card to add to your box. 

Box contents:

Please note that some of the food items in past boxes may be past their BBE date. Best Before - BBE Date - is a measure of quality not safety, so the food is still safe for your cat to consume.
