Shipping
We are UK based. Unless you've pre-ordered a cat gift box, your box will be shipped in 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Fully Tracked service, typically taking 2-3 days to arrive.
Where do we ship?
We are UK based and *Free shipping* applies to the UK only.
🌎 Due to recent policy changes in export custom duty charges we currently do not ship to Europe, USA or Ireland. We only ship to a select number of countries, whereby an adjusted shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Please be aware of possible custom duty tax + VAT for international orders outside of the UK. Check our FAQ's for more info.
Gift messages:
If your cat gift box is for a special friend and their cat, then you can add a gift note. Please email us (info@gusandbella.com) after you place the order and we will include the note with the box. We will never reveal any pricing information.
Cat birthdays:
Our one-off boxes make the perfect cat birthday presents! Please tell us if it's your cat's birthday by emailing us at info@gusandbella.com, and we can add a special gift note/ birthday message.
