We are UK based. Unless you've pre-ordered a cat gift box, your box will be shipped in 1-2 working days via Royal Mail 48 Fully Tracked service, typically taking 2-3 days to arrive.

We are UK based and *Free shipping* applies to the UK only. 

🌎 We do ship worldwide apart from the USA and Ireland, where we have suspended services due to changes in import policy. So we do not currently ship to the USA or Ireland. For other international orders, an adjusted shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Please be aware of possible custom duty tax + VAT for international orders outside of the UK.
